House Rules
Park in your designated parking space, please check photos to check your designated parking space. Do NOT block drive way, other guest need access to the Airbnb on the right side of property. Trash pickup is on Fridays, please bring trash containers by the curb on Thursdays. The lawnscaping team will come by Monday or Tuesday mornings, they have access to the backyard and front lawn. They will be in and out in about 20 minutes, please let them do their work.

Located in a residential neighborhood, about 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach by car. Two dedicated parking spaces. EV charger is a Tesla Wall Connector — other EVs need a J1772 adapter. Water softener throughout the home. Family-friendly neighborhood, so we ask guests to keep noise down after 10 PM. No smoking on the property. No parties or events. A separate Airbnb is located on the right side of the house with a separate entrance. The driveway cannot be blocked, and guests should only park in their assigned parking spaces. Check the photos.
